Following too close in Los Angeles – Should i Fight?
Do i have anyway to not Pay tons of money and get my insurance hit?
Just accelerated into a green light. I wanted to go the Speed limit (35)but the guy ahead of me stopped going faster than 15. Honking your horn is only for emergencies so i was close to him for maybe a block just to encourage him to God forbid drive the speed limit. I didn’t have the opportunity to get around.
And thank the lord for the LAPD. He would rather get on my case. He should have pulled over this dumbass infront of me who was obviously distracted.
What should i do. I could spend 200 for the 1 point ticket and another 60 for traffic school which comes to 260 for this situation to not hit my insurance.

You were tailgating. That is not just illegal, it is dangerous, juvenile, and just plain stupid.
Pay the ticket, then grow up and learn to drive. You were the dumbass, not the other driver.
Imagine the ticket, and the hit to your insurance if you had hit him.
